Stayed for 2 nights and it was amazin! The staff were super friendly and helpful, always there when we needed somethin. The room was very clean and cozy. Breakfast was included and was really nice with fresh salads, tasty scrambled eggs, and good coffee. Also loved that the hotel is in a quiet area but close to the city center, like just 200m to tram stops!
only downside was that the curtains didn't completely block the light, and the view outside wasn't great.

Really good cleanliness throughout the hotel.
The staff's service was disappointing right from arrival. We were informed our room was occupied despite confirming our late arrival. There was no alternative accommodation offered, leaving my family stranded at 4 am.

great amenities but some room issues
The staff provided really good service throughout my 5-night stay. I appreciated the fresh towels delivered daily without request. The breakfast was tasty enough. The city view from my room added a nice touch to my experience.
Unfortunately, the room wasn't air-conditioned, uncomfortable during the warmer days.

Just a solid selection for a short interlude in Budapest with very good value for money. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh bread and plenty of choices. Try to catch the tram to the city center for a scenic ride.

The rooms here are impressively clean, and while the interior decor might feel a bit dated, there's a charm to it. The breakfast spread, though not vast, offered decent options like ham and cheese alongside fresh bread that hit the spot for a quick start to the day.
One of the bigger issues was the noise. The road outside was quite lively and made it hard to catch some Zs, especially if you're a light sleeper. The lack of air-conditioning in our room, and I could see how that could be uncomfortable for families. The area outside felt a tad shabby, with limited spots for dining nearby , made meals a hassle. The room size felt cramped, especially with a triple arrangement. For those seeking entertainment, the TV options were seriously lacking, and the reliance on a physical key was more of an inconvenience than a quirky touch.

I stayed in a Triple Room, and it was perfectly clean with thick mattresses for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was comfortable, and I loved the old-style charm of the hotel. Breakfast was satisfying with fresh options, including ham and cheese. The staff was genuinely helpful and nice.
The area around the hotel felt a bit unsettling at night.
